It can with 90% accuracy, with some weenie/klugy mysql timestamp technique. Give me a break. This is why you use enterprise technologies. This solves our problem. The admaker instead of reading from a list, will call this servlet, with a shared, syncrhonized variables that track which was the last proxy being used.
